B and R Accommodation Short Term Rental Agreement
 

By booking accommodation with B and R accommodation you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  • How can I book?
    Call us at 07579797600 or contact via email to contact@bandraccommodation.co.uk with your requirements.
  • Who can book?
    Bookings are allowed only from age of 21 years old and above.
  • How can I pay?
    An invoice gets issued and emailed to your email address. Payment can be made by BACS. bank transfer.
  • Can I pay cash?
    No cash please.
  • Do you give discounts for longer bookings?
    Contact us for best rate guaranteed. We have best rates for long term direct bookings.
  • Can I cancel my bookings?
    We have no cancellation charge prior to 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival 50% of booking refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we will charge full booking.
  • When do I pay for my booking?
    Full amount is payable at booking.
  • Do you charge any other fees?
    All fees are included but if damage is occurred by guest, we charge full repair costs and 10% administrating fee.
  • Does the damage/ security deposit get returned to me if no damage is caused?
    Refundable security damage deposit of £100 will be returned within 7 working days after check out day if no damage found during your stay.
  • What is the damage/security deposit?
    Damage/security deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.
  • Do I need to sign any paperwork?
    Terms of bookings will be emailed in booking confirmation which needs to be agreed prior to arrival. We need a photo ID of the booking person which needs to be sent to contact@www.bandraccommodation.co.uk
  • What time check in and check out?
    Check in time is after 16:00pm and check out time is by 10:00am.
  • Can i check in early or late check out?
    Early check in and late check out are subject to availability only. There will be pre agreed charge.

By agreeing this you are happy to go ahead with your booking.

Without your response to this agreement, access to the property will not be provided.
